Headquartered in Franklin, NC, the Center For Wilderness Cryptid Studies is a nonprofit scientific research organization comprised of volunteers devoted to researching the possible existence of the cryptid known as Bigfoot.
We are delving into one of the most intriguing natural mysteries of our era, with our primary objective being the documentation and protection of Bigfoot, as well as the preservation of their habitat.
This website was established to publish our research findings. Education and knowledge-sharing are at the core of our mission. We believe in the power of education to inspire curiosity and foster a deeper understanding of the natural world.
Our research is conducted primarily in and around the Nantahala National Forest located in southwestern North Carolina.
